Growth Marketing Manager Stripe

A Growth Marketing Manager who only follows the script will be bored at Stripe; we want the one who rewrites it for OH. Read it as a $78,000 - $116,000 invitation to own sales marketing work in Dayton, backed by a manager title and 6 years of trust.

• Collaborate with product teams to position new offerings in the Dayton region
• Build the Conflict Resolution report leadership checks before the OH review
• Walk the Dayton, OH territory and know it better than the map
• Position Stripe against competitors with clear, differentiated value props
• Close the loop between ad spend and revenue, dollar for dollar
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with creative, product, and operations
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and forecast monthly bookings
• Set the weekly cadence that keeps Stripe reps accountable

• Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
• Fluency across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Word Press, with strong opinions on both
• The judgment to distinguish a fire drill from an actual fire
• An OH work history, or strong reasons you'll thrive here anyway
• Working familiarity with full-time schedules and team norms at Stripe
• The kind of ownership that treats the company's money like your own

Stripe makes Figma look simple, which anyone in sales marketing knows is the hands-dirty hardest thing to pull off. Burnout is treated as a system bug at Stripe, not a badge of outcome-focused honor.

Our $78,000 - $116,000 package travels with real mentorship, a growth ladder you can see, and the flexibility to clock in from Dayton or home.

Just re-listed with today's date, the sales marketing role is fully active.

Join the people at Stripe who chose interesting work over a comfortable rut.
