Registered Nurses will provide patient care under the direction of the patients primary care physician. The clinical staff will work alongside you to ensure our patients are getting the care they deserve.

• Complete Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) for patients; this is a collection of data from our clients to help us generate an individualized plan of care if you are not familiar with this our training will include step-by-step instructions on how to complete, so no worries!
• Administration of medications by setting up pill planners
• Educating patients and / or caregivers on disease process and medications with documenting their response
• Completing labs draws and completing patient assessment
• Supervision of other care team members
• Collaborating with the care team and physician for any patient needs
• Communicating with the office staff on schedule changes and any patient issues
• Keeping up to date with all mandated requirements including CPR, in-service training, nursing license, valid drivers license
• Basic computer knowledge; our electronic medical system is Alora Plus - if you our unsure of this program, we will teach you. Its super user friendly!
