Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Brookdale team. This role involves supporting residents in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, administering medications, and adhering to company systems and procedures.
Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
- Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
- Administer medications, ensure cleanliness, and secure the medicine supply room.
- Adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.
- Maintain required LPN or LVN license per state regulations.

Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
EligibilityVeterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.
