Position Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical Surgical ICU, full-time 7p‑7:30a, 72 hours per pay, Miami Valley Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient, family, and significant other support, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
- Utilize nursing process and evidence-based principles to care for diverse caseload within scope.
- Collaborate with inter-professional team, guide and lead care, maintain compliance with Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics, and regulatory standards.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid Ohio RN license.
- Current AHA BLS certification at hire.
- Preferred experience:
previous hospital-based RN. - Strong organization, multitask with interruptions, pleasant demeanor, basic computer knowledge, effective interpersonal and communication skills.
