Maria Joseph Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) to provide leadership and clinical oversight to our nursing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring quality resident care, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Promote exceptional clinical care and positive resident outcomes
• Serve as a resource and mentor for nurses and nursing assistants
• Coordinate resident care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements
• Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional manner
• Monitor documentation accuracy and clinical practices
• Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance as needed

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN or LPN License in good standing
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment
