Qualifications:

• DVM degree from an AVMA-recognized institution
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in your state
• Employment interview with background check
• Two letters of recommendation from clinical faculty familiar with your clinical abilities and communication skills (for new grads)

• ECMP is a 1-year training program with a 1-year ER commitment. It begins with mentored training and specialty rotations to develop ER expertise. In the second year, you will be a full ER doctor earning salary plus production pay.
