North Main Animal Clinic is proud to serve Dayton, OH and the surrounding area. We are a group of highly trained and experienced animal lovers who are devoted to giving our patients the best care possible.
Besides dogs and cats, we see exotics including reptiles, small mammals/pocket pets/fur bearing animals, and birds. We have a passion for diagnostics and surgery, and regularly utilize laser therapy and ultrasound in our treatment plans.
Position PurposeCome extern with us! Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide 1st-4th year veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help them be 'practice ready' by their first day in practice.
Externships are typically 2 weeks long, and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed. The length of the externship is flexible, and we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.
