AAMCI is hiring a Groundskeeper for our 500-unit multi-family property in Dayton, OH. This outside position runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with compensation at $16.00 per hour. The role focuses on maintaining the grounds and providing excellent resident service.
The community includes Project Based Section 8 and Tax Credit rent subsidies. AAMCI offers training opportunities and many paid opportunities to obtain higher certificates, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health
