The Quality supervisor/Coordinator will oversee inspection activities, support both quality assurance and quality control functions across the organization. This role is critical to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance.

• Supervise inspection teams to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements are met.
• Work collaboratively with production control and production to prioritize product flow through the respective area.
• Support any inspection gaps by working in areas as required.
• Support quality assurance (QA) activities such as audits, documentation, compliance reporting, and database entry or maintenance.
• Assist with quality control (QC) functions, including product verification, defect tracking, containment and corrective action investigations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes.
