Lead, develop, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) while championing continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. This position partners cross-functionally with operations, engineering, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure compliance, performance excellence, and customer satisfaction.
EDUCATION- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Seven plus years of relevant quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Two to three years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Technical expertise: strong knowledge of ISO
9000 requirements and QMS implementation. - In-depth understanding of inspection techniques and instrumentation.
