• Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest's expectations
• Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to reach and bend and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds
• Team player
• Previous bartending experience is a plus

At Chili’s, you may start in one role. But, if you have the right combination of ingredients, there are plenty of places to go. Here’s what a possible career path could look like:

Average Pay: $10 – $20 per hour

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000

Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000
