Role DescriptionThe Member Success & Fulfillment Specialist is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role based in Dayton, OH
. This position plays a key role in supporting partner members with operational and service needs while assisting with order fulfillment across multiple e-commerce platforms.
The Specialist will serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, help manage inventory-sharing systems, support online order processing, and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics and fulfillment processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities- Support partner members with day-to-day operational and service needs
- Assist with order processing and fulfillment for multiple e-commerce channels
- Coordinate communication between members and internal teams
- Help maintain and optimize inventory-sharing platforms
- Monitor orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Experience in customer service, relationship management, or client support
- Working knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory management
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and order processing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in fluid power or related industrial industries is a plus
- Tribute ERP system experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
