Starting Wage: $16.15

• Assist the Store Manager in all operational and leadership aspects of the store.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Train and coach store associates.
• Help maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory and handle logistics.

• 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Some previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service‑oriented with in‑depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
