Brand Ambassador (Events) – Champion Windows & Home Exteriors

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to showcase Champion product lines as a brand ambassador to prospective clients at events, festivals, and other locations. This is a part‑time role within our Marketing team that involves face‑to‑face engagement with prospects.

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus commission. Commission can reach $750–$1,500 per week for high performers.

• Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
• Set door‑to‑door appointments for residential in‑home estimate appointments.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company attire standards.
• Display a consistent positive attitude in the workplace.
• Stay current with product knowledge and promotions.
• Be consistently reliable and available as scheduled.
• Utilize time effectively and manage your schedule.
• Set up and break down booth equipment at events.
• Contribute to internal social media and company culture initiatives.
• Enter data on mobile technology platforms.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive spirit.
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and walk 4–8 hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
