Sales Associate; Spanish Speaking

We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused Wireless Sales Representatives to join our Cricket team! If you love working with people, have a passion for technology, and enjoy hitting goals, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
• Provide outstanding service in person and over the phone.
• Demonstrate and explain products, promotions, and features.
• Process sales using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Keep the store organized, clean, and inviting.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Participate in team meetings and report sales activity and trends.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and retention.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred (wireless/telecom is a plus).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Goal-driven and motivated by commission opportunities.
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
