Virtual Phone Sales – Spieldenner Group
Spieldenner Financial Group is a part of one of the fastest-growing insurance organizations in the country. Our focus areas include getting agents paid quickly, keeping costs minimal, and providing agents with the training and support needed to achieve success.
Responsibilities- Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week—reach out to potential clients who have requested coverage and schedule a time to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
- Research: 4-5 hours per week—dig into the client-provided information to customize options to meet their financial needs in the case of death or disability.
- Meeting with Families: 2 days per week—meet with clients virtually or in person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply.
- Administrative: 2 hours per week—follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate applications through underwriting.

Compensation- Commission-only based sales position: avg. $600 per mortgage protection plan. Expectation: 5–10 plans per week for full‑time agents.
- Uncapped commission, competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips based on individual and team results.
