Sales Account Executive

Location: Dayton, OH

• Minimum 18 months of business-to-business sales experience focused on new account generation
• Demonstrated success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned territory
• Minimum High School Diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Subject to criminal background check

• Consistently and effectively outreach to new prospects using telephone, email, door‑knocking, networking, and social media
• Identify and establish contact with prospective clients to set appointments
• Conduct initial sales calls
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with decision makers
• Enter all information in the CRM and activity tracking sheets
• Nurture prospects into clients
• Collaborate with Route Sales Representatives and teammates to ensure customers receive the appropriate attention

• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
