HRUCKUS, a veteran‑owned management consulting firm, is recruiting a Program Security Representative II for a role supporting the United States Air Force at Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and 8‑10 years of experience in multi‑discipline security support for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral data.

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, DoD Supplement, DCID, ICD, SAP policy, and related procedures.
• Assist in developing and executing policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI and collateral data.
• Provide day‑to‑day security support, continuously assessing procedures to identify and recommend improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security (OPSEC) program.
• Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
• Brief personnel at all levels on security related topics.
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow‑on reviews, and facility close‑outs.
• Monitor, report, and track corrective actions from compliance reviews.
• Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to technical and management staff.
• Conduct investigations of loss or compromise of classified and/or sensitive information, generating damage assessments.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into the SAP security education and awareness program.

• 8‑10 years of related experience in multi‑discipline security support for SAP, SCI, and collateral data.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (4 years).

• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) — counts toward 3 years of experience.
• Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) — counts toward 5 years of experience.
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years.

• Must possess current TS/SCI eligibility and eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information.
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.
