• Qualifications
  • Prior law enforcement, military, or security experience preferred.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent report‑writing and observation skills.
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required.
  • Must have a background check prior and meet licensing requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (experience required only for Armed Roles).
• Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations; may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Maintain integrity and create an open forum for employees and customers to voice opinions, report improprieties, and share information.

Shift 1:
Fri - Sun (8pm - 8am) Mon (8pm - 2am). Shift 2:
Mon (2am - 8am) Tue - Thur (8pm - 8am)

Experience:

At least 2 years Armed Security experience

License/Certification: OPOTA Security Certification (State of Ohio) (Required)
