Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Premier Protective Security will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
- Active Unarmed Security License (State of Ohio) (Required).
- At least 1 year of Unarmed Guard experience.
- The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
- They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
- We don't compromise on integrity and create an open forum for our employees and customers to voice opinions, report improprieties, and share information.
- Vigilance: seeing, hearing, and evaluating.
- A Premier Protective Security employee is always attentive and often notices things that others don't.
- Their vigilance is necessary to be aware of potential risks or incidents that may take place on our customers' premises.
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Friday/Saturday (8 pm – 4 am)
Pay: $20.00 per hour (plus overtime where applicable)

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as convenience store truck stops, travel centers, warehouses, truck yards, and more.
