Performs semi‑skilled work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and associated equipment/systems. Responds to emergency situations as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications- High School diploma or GED.
- General knowledge of the following: minor HVAC, minor electrical, minor plumbing, minor carpentry, minor repair of doors/windows (including hardware), painting and minor wall repair, general building maintenance, mechanical aptitude, and response to various alarms (fire, elevator entrapment, sprinkler, leaks, etc.).
- Demonstrated maturity in judgment, professionalism, creativity, and the ability to work with a diverse range of personalities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Minimum of 5 years experience performing minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related maintenance work.
- Valid driver’s license and an insurable low‑risk driving record.
- Monitoring of Metasys HVAC control systems.
- Refrigerant recovery certification.
- Trades‑related certifications or training (documentation required).
