Bring Your Tools & Talent

• Diploma or GED in your pocket.
• 3+ years of experience
• Knowledge of electronics, electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, machining, and mechanical theory (Certification preferred)
• Able to install, fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, move, and maintain a wide variety of production and related equipment, facilities, buildings, and systems at the journeyman level

Day in the Life:
Maintenance Technician

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, chillers, boilers, furnaces, extruders, chemical tanks, RTOs, LGVs, PLCs, and instrumentation.
• Install new machinery and equipment; move and realign machinery to support layout changes.
• Perform rigging, erection, alignment, hook-ups, and set-up to place equipment in proper operating condition.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, including dismantling, reassembly, calibration, lubrication, and critical adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure all work meets safety and operational standards.
