Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for residential clients.
- Provide routine maintenance and 24/7 emergency plumbing services as required.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, state regulations, and local building codes.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing products, upgrades, and services.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Document service work, create sales orders, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- 1–3 years of plumbing service and repair experience (residential experience preferred).
- Proven experience in plumbing service, sales, and customer service.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Pay Range: $80,000 – $120,000 USD
