Overview

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. This position blends hands‑on plumbing expertise with strong customer communication and service‑based sales. Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for residential clients.
  • Provide routine maintenance and 24/7 emergency plumbing services as required.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, state regulations, and local building codes.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing products, upgrades, and services.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally.
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Document service work, create sales orders, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of plumbing service and repair experience (residential experience preferred).
  • Proven experience in plumbing service, sales, and customer service.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $80,000 – $120,000 USD
