American Roofing & Metal Co., Inc., a family‑owned and operated full‑service roofing company, seeks dedicated individuals to join our team at our Ohio location. We are currently hiring for Service Foreman.

• Minimum of 2 years of roofing experience required.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Must pass drug tests consistently.
• Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Experience working on high‑pitched roofs, ladders, and high‑rise buildings.
• Familiarity with smartphone apps in the roofing industry.

• Strong knowledge of various roofing systems.
• Leadership and management abilities to guide a team effectively.
• Ability to handle paperwork in a timely, organized manner.
• Skillful in reading a tape measure accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Duties may include trash removal, job and truck clean‑up, loading/unloading materials, and more.
• Applicants should be willing to perform all tasks required.
