, the Best Choice in Utility Construction since 1936, is hiring a Streetlight Foreman for our Dayton, OH location.
The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to communicate with customers and teammates, set direction for the work and remove roadblocks so the teammates will be successful, the customer will be delighted, and the project profitable.
Responsibilities- Review the job checklist prior to startup
- Walk-through with Supervisor and Customer
- Secure the most cost effective materials
- Recruit, interview and hire new teammates
- Evaluate teammates’ performance and provide coaching
- 5 years related experience in electric construction
- Ability to communicate with teammates and customers
