Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Benefits

- Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems, including troubleshooting malfunctions
- Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards and provide work‑order feedback on discrepancies
- Work from elevated areas (ladders, platforms, scaffolding) utilizing fall protection equipment as necessary
- Flexibly work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as required by the job
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the responsible supervisor
- Ensure compliance with all company/customer regulations, policies, and procedures
- Achieve performance expectations set forth in performance appraisals, including employee development planning
- Communicate with all team members to assist the development of short‑ and long‑range planning
- Maintain personal tools required for the job, including an up‑to‑date documented personal tool list
- Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner
- Accurate and timely administrative duties, including time accounting and work‑order completion
- 5 years of industrial HVAC/refrigeration maintenance and repair experience
- EPA Universal Technician certification (EPA Universal Technician)
- Working knowledge of hand/power tools, HVAC & refrigeration tools, rigging, and preventive/predictive maintenance
- Ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment
- Substantial lifting (up to 50 pounds) and ability to move for extended or continuous periods
- Ability to ascend/descend staircases, ladders, and step stools
- Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties
- Effective communication skills for conveying information and ideas clearly
- Observation of close‑range details (within a few feet)
- Control precision: repeatedly adjusting controls of a machine or vehicle to exact positions
- Manual dexterity for grasping, manipulating, or assembling objects
- Substantial lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to move for extended or continuous periods of time
- Ability to ascend/descend staircases, ladders, step stools
- Can operate forklifts or other vehicles safely
- Can wear a respirator while performing duties
- Can communicate information and ideas clearly
- Can arrange tasks or actions in a particular order or pattern
The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, high or precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, vibration; occasional exposure to extreme heat or cold, wet or humid conditions; loud noise levels.
