• Perform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment in a safe and efficient manner to avoid downtime. Fleet primarily includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools and equipment; some locations may have large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems and oil/gas equipment.
• Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models & equipment.
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.
• Collaborate with a safety-focused team to maintain high standards of workmanship.

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 5+ years of Technician experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment strongly preferred.

  advanced troubleshooting of hydraulic and electrical systems; ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. May need to provide tools of the trade.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more; work may be indoors or outdoors as required.

• Base Pay Range: $23.58 - 32.41
