What’s The Job?- Title: HVAC Technician
- Location: Dayton, OH
- Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
- Salary: Up to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
- Weekly pay on Fridays.

Here are some daily responsibilities:
- Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Work independently without supervision.
- Install, repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Ensure repairs and maintenance conform to standards and assist in developing work procedures.
- Use hand/power tools and HVAC/refrigeration tools effectively.
- Work from elevated areas using fall protection equipment as needed.
- Be flexible to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain personal tools and meet physical requirements of the job.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial HVAC/refrigeration maintenance and repairs.
- EPA Universal Technician certification.
- Close detail observation.
- Control precision and manual dexterity.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Move for extended periods.
- Ascend/descend stairs, ladders, and operate tools and vehicles safely.
- Wear respirators and communicate effectively.
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards, extreme temperatures, and loud noise. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
