• Title: HVAC Technician
• Location: Dayton, OH
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
• Salary: Up to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Here are some daily responsibilities:

• Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Work independently without supervision.
• Install, repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance conform to standards and assist in developing work procedures.
• Use hand/power tools and HVAC/refrigeration tools effectively.
• Work from elevated areas using fall protection equipment as needed.
• Be flexible to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain personal tools and meet physical requirements of the job.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.

• 5+ years of experience in industrial HVAC/refrigeration maintenance and repairs.
• EPA Universal Technician certification.

• Close detail observation.
• Control precision and manual dexterity.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Move for extended periods.
• Ascend/descend stairs, ladders, and operate tools and vehicles safely.
• Wear respirators and communicate effectively.
