Patio Installer

We seek a patio installation professional with established expertise in interlocking concrete pavers on residential projects. Previous construction experience with hardscape projects is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to work from construction drawings.
• Check material deliveries against take-off, confirming they are accurate.
• Must maintain an orderly job site - clean up daily and assure work is done on schedule.
• Maintain positive relations with customers

• Clean and neat appearance
• Good communication/people skills
• Willing to learn and ability to work independently to the specified details.
• Experience in all types of hardscape construction including patios, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and retaining walls
• Ability to determine elevations and slopes and lay out footings/foundations
• A strong understanding of good installation techniques, determining soil type, proper compaction techniques, etc.
• Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) Concrete Paver Installer training and/or National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA) Segmental Retaining Wall training, a plus
