Overview
Seeking Experienced Installation Technicians for the role of Lead Installation Technician.
Location:
Primarily Ohio + Surrounding States (Travel Required). Job Type: Full-time. Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications).

Our specialized crews work with cutting-edge systems including Audio/Video Systems, Security & Surveillance Cameras, Access Control, and HVAC Controls. We perform installations in environments such as educational institutions, corporate campuses, and new construction sites.
Responsibilities- Leading small to large project teams across multiple technologies
- Interpreting blueprints and executing precise installations
- Installing devices and equipment per detailed plans and equipment lists
- Handling advanced terminations, soldering, and custom connector work
- Managing rack builds and ensuring professional-grade cable management
- Adapting to new systems and technologies while mentoring team members
- 3–5 years experience in A/V, security, access control, cameras, fire alarm, and/or networking
- Proven leadership experience in the field
- Familiarity with equipment lists and installation layouts
- Competence in soldering, terminations, and cable organization
- Experience building and dressing equipment racks
- Eagerness to learn, lead, and earn industry certifications
- Experience in a supervisory or military role
- Access Control Certification
- BICSI Certification
- Note:
Any existing certifications will be considered in your starting pay.

Enjoy a 40-hour work week, Monday through Thursday. Travel days typically begin early Monday with return by Thursday evening. 3-day weekends are standard, with additional opportunities for overtime.
Additional RequirementsMust be willing to travel and stay overnight (frequently)
