As a Lead HVAC Installation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality climate control solutions for our diverse client base. You will utilize your technical expertise in system design and mechanical assembly to ensure optimal performance and comfort in commercial environments.
Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end installation of complex heating and cooling systems, ensuring all components are calibrated for maximum efficiency.
- Design and fabricate custom ductwork and piping layouts to meet specific building requirements and airflow standards.
- Manage the installation of backup power generators and associated gas line infrastructure with precision and safety.
- Document all installation activities and service logs to maintain comprehensive project records.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by maintaining professional communication and high-quality workmanship on every job site.
- Collaborate on specialized mechanical projects to drive operational excellence and project success.
Qualifications
Required Skills- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Demonstrated ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks like climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
- Strong commitment to integrity, reliability, and maintaining high workmanship standards.
- Proven capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- 5+ years of dedicated experience in commercial HVAC installation.
- Advanced proficiency in geothermal systems, oil-fired equipment, and complex air-flow dynamics.
- Current EPA Universal Certification.
