Our dedicated, high quality DSP’s provide support and assistance to clients in adult day support and vocational programs. We are looking for DSP’s we have abilities in and enjoy community outings, singing and dancing, playing board games, exploring technology and more! We strive to maintain a team focus in all job-related areas and will train and assist DSP’s - great work ethics are necessary in this role.

United Rehabilitation Services (URS) a comprehensive array of support and services for infants, children, adults and seniors with disabilities or other special needs, from ages 6 weeks through elderly.

URS has the regions only Early Childhood Education Center servicing typically developing and those with special needs. On-site nurses and therapies are available to support the children as well as staff throughout the day. As a Five Star Program under Ohio Step Up to Quality and a Head Start Partner, URS offers the highest quality of care for all children.

URS on-site Centers include:
Adult Daycare, Vocational Rehabilitation, Young Adult Center, Infant and Child Daycare and Latchkey Center. Our Therapy Center includes outpatient services in Physical, Occupational, Speech and Aquatic therapies and Augmentative Communications.

URS community-based services include:
Community Employment where we serve over 11 counties in SW Ohio.

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional who has:
Prior facility-based personal care experience and training with adults and youth with special needs in a vocational setting is highly preferred. You must be at least 18 years old, have a Valid Ohio drivers license and an acceptable driving record. Candidates must have the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Certification in CPR and First Aid is also required.
