Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking an Intake Specialist who is passionate about helping children and families access high-quality early childhood programs and support services.
In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for families seeking enrollment, guiding them through the application and eligibility process with compassion, professionalism, and excellent customer service. You’ll manage intake documentation, maintain accurate records in Child Plus, and help ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and MVCDC policies.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and making a positive impact by helping families connect with the resources and programs they need.
