Milton-Union Schools — Head Varsity Volleyball Coach
Milton-Union High School is seeking a Head Varsity Volleyball Coach for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for a dedicated coach who can provide leadership, foster player development, and continue building a competitive and positive program.

- Prior volleyball coaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop student‑athletes on and off the court
- Must meet all OHSAA coaching requirements, including:
- Valid Pupil Activity Permit (PAP)
- Current FBI and BCI background checks
- Leading all aspects of the varsity volleyball program
- Building a summer training program and camp schedule that prepares athletes for the upcoming season
- Fostering a positive and competitive team culture
- Communicating effectively with players, families, and school administration
