Dayton, Ohio
Pay Range: $23.84 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
2nd Shift—3:00 pm Monday–Thursday, 2:00 pm Friday, and 1:00 pm Saturday (as needed)

The Laborer Operations role is responsible for washing, cleaning equipment, and other warehouse duties in the regional operation center. The position requires understanding and following the safety culture, striving for 100% compliance concerning safety observations, and adhering to all CCCI policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities- Wash and clean equipment as needed or directed to support successful order fulfillment
- Use appropriate material handling equipment to move products and materials to designated locations in an efficient and safe manner
- Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse, yard, and other areas to maintain safe, clean, and neat work areas
- Perform miscellaneous activities as directed to support the efficient operation of a warehouse in a dynamic environment
- Interested and able to work a part‑time schedule
- Ability to lift 50 lb. in a fast‑paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and maintain a high degree of integrity
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred QualificationsExcellent safety record.
Work EnvironmentNoisy and non‑temperature‑controlled environment with both high and low temperatures.
