Part‑time Warehouse Loader

Reporting to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager, the part‑time Warehouse Loader assists in warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance.

This labor‑intensive position loads bulk and route trucks, requiring attention to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. Work is performed from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack. Accuracy in loading and compliance with shipper/receiver documentation are essential, along with maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role may involve working across various weather conditions and requires lifting a high volume of product per day from 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly for long periods.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Loading trucks by selecting designated packages and flavors of products from the warehouse and loading them into the bays of a route truck.
• Ensuring product is rotated on trucks and in warehouse following expiration dates.
• Cleaning and repacking product as set forth by RBDC standards.
• Disposing of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) product once approved by the Operations Manager.
• Maintaining cleanliness of warehouse by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily and using floor scrubber periodically.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift operations a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment a plus.
• English; additional languages an advantage.
