Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible to perform various warehouse duties and order processing activities, including pulling and packaging product, loading and unloading trucks, and operating various equipment.

Essential Functions
  • Pick, package and ship orders accurately.
  • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
  • Examine incoming and outgoing shipments; examine for defects, and damage.
  • Check, verify and fill customer invoices accurately.
  • Perform physical inventory and cycle counts.
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
  • Clean and organize warehouse daily, including inventory and space.
  • Report any safety concerns to Warehouse Management.
  • Manage quality sampling program to Shell and Company Standards.
  • Create a culture of safety via a behavior-based safety program where employees own their safety.

Required

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma.
  • Proven warehouse experience.
  • Ability to operate forklift, hand truck and pallet jack.
  • Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system.
  • Ability to lift or move heavy products.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
