• Monday – Friday
• 9:30am-6pm

The Warehouse Associate reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for various tasks involved in the storage, organization, and distribution of goods within a warehouse setting.

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck to pull and prepare outbound customer orders
• Build, wrap, sort, pick, pack, and stage customer orders
• Load outbound delivery trucks and will calls
• Consolidate product to maximize space utilization
• Repackage and/or relabel products due to damages/vendor errors and returns
• Stock received merchandise and/or movement of stock items
• Clean the workspace and participate with the team in keeping the facility clean, safe, and accident free
• Answer phone calls and follow up on orders, shortages and/or mistakes.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skill

• Proven ability to read and interpret printed orders and direction
• Demonstrated record of safety and quality control
• Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
• Regularly exhibits a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation
• Perform duties under minimal direction
• High sense of urgency and be able to multi-task competing priorities
• Excellent attendance record.
• Must have proficient math skills
• Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures, and actively embody our core values in every interaction and responsibility.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum 1+ years’ warehouse experience, preferably in shipping and receiving
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Forklifts
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Pallet Jacks
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Reach Trucks

• Ability to lift items that weigh a minimum of 50lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop and climb repetitiously throughout the day

At the corporate level, the work environment characteristics described herein are generally representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. The work environment is moderately quiet to moderately noisy. Temperature is moderated by heat in the winter and air conditioning or air circulation methods in the summer.
