Established in 2001, MSHN Enterprises is a supervised group‑home setting for individuals enduring severe and persistent mental illness. We provide therapeutic psycho‑social rehabilitation groups, community outings, medication management, individual therapy, and enhanced medically‑fragile housing services. Our full‑service supportive living program includes treatment and nursing or physician professionals.

Resident Safety: Ensure residents are safe at all times, supervise appropriately, de‑escalate to maintain group safety, and report unsafe conditions. Familiarity with fire and disaster evacuation plans is required.

Professionalism: Maintain training, current knowledge on psychiatric disorders, and a positive, professional attitude. Encourage staff to remain gossip‑free.

Time & Attendance: Arrive on time, notify supervisors of absences, and provide two‑week written notice for time‑off requests.

Teamwork: Resolve conflicts with colleagues first; if unresolved follow chain of command. Support the team’s goal of preparing clients for independent living.

Medication Assistance: Follow policy, verify correct medication and resident, document accurately, and notify LPN or ED of any discrepancies.

Resident Interaction: Lead psycho‑social activities, respect privacy and dignity, model appropriate behavior, and assist with personal hygiene and clothing choices. HIPAA compliance is mandatory.

Documentation & Communication: Complete accurate, timely documentation; fill incident forms fully; maintain checklists and logs; communicate essential information in the inter‑shift book.

Environmental Cleanliness: Conduct daily walkthroughs, complete cleaning checklists, and supervise residents on chores.

Food Preparation: Prepare meals per weekly menu, make appropriate substitutions with supervisor approval, label leftovers, and store properly.

• 18 years of age or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's licence
• Background check passed
• Drug screening passed
• CPR certification
• First Aid certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Drug‑screen and background results meet company standards
• Good communication skills and ability to organize and prioritize tasks

• Must complete MSHN CPR/First Aid class within the first thirty days of employment; certification repeats every two years.
• Must complete TB skin test within the first thirty days; test repeats annually.
• Must have valid state or federal driver's licence and maintain a clean driving record.
• Dependability and a positive attitude are essential.
