Sales Rep

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the granite and natural stone industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales of granite slabs, countertops, tiles, and custom stonework solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers including fabricators, contractors, architects, designers, and builders.
• Conduct on-site client visits, product presentations, and consultations to understand customer needs.
• Provide product knowledge, samples, and technical information about granite and other natural stones.
• Prepare and present quotes, bids, and proposals for clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company guidelines.
• Track and manage sales activity using CRM software or internal tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and product training sessions as needed.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
