The Head Women’s Volleyball Coach’s responsibilities will include directing all phases of a competitive women’s volleyball program.
Reports to:
Vice President of Administration & Athletics
- Bachelor’s degree is required, master’s preferred.
- Collegiate coaching experience is also preferred.
Duties will include but are not limited to: recruiting, scheduling, practice and game administration, spiritual mentoring of players, academic advising, and budgetary control, other administrative duties as assigned by the athletic director, and promoting the academic success of the student-athlete.
Supervisory Responsibilities:- Assistant Volleyball Coach (Part-time)
- A desire to work in a Christian Higher Education atmosphere is necessary.
- Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be committed to serving Him and His church.
