Equipment Operator – Aggregate Material Rail Yard

Base pay range: $52,000 – $64,000 per year

Location: Dayton, TX

• Operate material handling equipment including shear, dump truck, wheel loader, skid steer loader, and forklift safely and productively.
• Load containers, sort scrap, sample material, and perform additional duties as requested by Lead or Supervisor.
• Inspect equipment prior to operation, fuel, and lubricate daily.
• Assist Lead and Supervisor in identifying and tracking all inventory upgrades and changes in classification to support perpetual inventory goals.
• Cross‑train on various equipment types.
• Perform all other duties as requested by Lead and Supervisor.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Clear understanding of and adherence to safety regulations.

• Reliability and flexibility for flexible hours.

• Knowledge of scrap is a plus.
