• Age Range: 18 years old
• Acuity: High Acuity (trach/vent)

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component); we can assist in obtaining this after hire if needed
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
