Pay Range: $36 – $38/hour

What you’ll tackle

Rapid diagnosis and repair of production equipment across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic domains

Troubleshooting of PLC-driven machinery and control systems (no programming required)
Preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime

Repair and replacement of motors, drives, sensors, and associated components

Light fabrication/modification using shop equipment when necessary

Accurate logging of work performed and effective shift-to-shift communication

Consistent upkeep of a safe, orderly workspace

What makes you a great fit3+ years in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting

Strong electrical troubleshooting skills—this is essential

Familiarity with PLCs (without programming access), motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Ability to read and apply schematics and technical drawings

Mechanical capability for bearings, shaft alignment, and general repairs

Comfort with hand/power tools and diagnostic instruments

Self-directed and dependable working independently on night shift

Extras that help Forklift experience

Basic PC skills for maintenance documentation and tracking

Root-cause mindset—solve the problem, not just replace the part
