Tax Associate – Aline Accounting Partners (Onsite)

As a Tax Associate
, you’ll be hands‑on in delivering exceptional tax work, from tackling complex returns to supporting strategic planning that helps clients and the firm thrive. In this role, you’ll:

• Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, S‑corporations, and trusts using tax software under supervision.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing financial data to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
• Conduct research on routine tax issues and provide summaries to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and learn directly from experienced professionals to strengthen your technical and analytical skills.
• Engage in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities designed to support your professional growth within the firm.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience preparing complex tax returns, gained through working with diverse clients in public accounting.
• Developing knowledge of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, with exposure to a variety of tax situations across different industries.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and support multiple engagements in a collaborative, fast‑paced public accounting environment.
• A CPA or EA license is preferred
