Location: Daytona Beach, FL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Remote)
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + Benefits
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Company:
A growing and established company in Daytona Beach is seeking a strong Accounting Manager to join their team. This individual will play a key role in month‑end close, financial reporting, and supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management as needed
• Review and ensure accuracy of financial data and internal controls
• Participate in audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Assist with process improvements and workflow efficiencies
• Support special projects and ad‑hoc analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Prior experience with month‑end close required
• CPA or CPA‑track a plus but not required
• Experience in a mid‑size or large company environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Daytona Beach / 2 days remote
• Typical hours:
  Monday–Friday

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
