Tietjen CET Technologies, Inc., A Norlee Company,is looking for a highly motivatedProject Coordinator in the area to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting the administrative efficiencies of the operations working under the direction of the Vice President / Group Leader in conjunction with supporting the PM/APM. They will support the other team members by ensuring projects and clerical tasks are on schedule and completed when needed.
This person will also support the purchasing needs for both of our offices.
We are currently offering a competitive hourly rate for this full-time position, Monday through Friday.

What this Role will Do:
- Support the purchasing needs for our Daytona office.
- Assisting the office with not only daily office tasks but also supporting the PM/APM with all general management for projects from beginning to end.
- Coordinate and maintain job reports and close out.
- Contract administration and change order support.
- Coordinate travel and lodging for low voltage Project Manager and Crew.
- Track all open RFI and submittal documents for response from GC.
- Compose Project Change Orders and issue purchase orders.
- Attach all RFI to appropriate drawings.
- Enter all submittal and RFI documents responses from GC and distribute to the team.
- Assist with the submittal of Contractor Pay Applications.
- Regular and consistent professional communication with low voltage Project Manager and contractors.
- Aid in project schedules to complete on time and within budget.
- Manage shop materials and stock orders.
- Accepting material deliveries, labeling in warehouse, and notifying PM/APM's.
- Ordering / organizing office supplies.
- Safety Meeting set up.
- Other duties as assigned.
You’ll be a great fit if:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Also, highly proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel.
- 5 years of previous trade construction or low voltage experience preferred.
- Have high level interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Superior organizational and demonstrated time management skills.
- Strong Excel, Word, PDF, and Outlook. Other software knowledge:
Blu-Beam, Sage, and Procore.
