Silvercote – a Service Partners Company – has partnered with customers for over 80 years to provide innovative custom insulation solutions and systems. This position serves as a Manager in Training (MIT) under the direction of experienced professionals and offers comprehensive training across warehouse operations, customer service, logistics, and sales, with an emphasis on profitability and compliance with company policy.

• Work in varied environments such as warehouse and office settings.
• Demonstrate solid presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Operate a forklift and other light‑duty machinery with proficient computer usage.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Relocate for permanent assignment, as required.
• Travel 40%+ for training and other job requirements.

• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging.
• Valid driver’s license if you operate a company vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years’ experience in production, logistics services, or construction/supply chain related industry.
• Operations management experience, preferably in production, logistics, building materials, or construction related industry.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Work involves warehouse operation and office environment. Tasks may require prolonged standing, repetitive motions, and lifting to 50 pounds. Good hand‑eye coordination, dexterity, and physical strength are essential.
