PC Construction currently seeks a safety-oriented experienced Leadman needed for a large wastewater treatment renovation project in Daytona Beach, Florida. A minimum of five years of self-perform project experience, preferably in water/wastewater.
Key Responsibilities- Plans and coordinates mechanical crew activities and verifies subcontractor progress
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Create daily crew pre-task planning and provide end‑of‑day reports
- Maintains excellent communication skills and mentors team members
- Promotes safety policies/procedures and OSHA standards
