ICI Homes is seeking a Customer Service Warranty Superintendent who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the high-quality standards our homeowners expect. This role serves as a key liaison between homeowners, subcontractors, and our construction team to ensure warranty requests are resolved efficiently and professionally.

• Review homeowner warranty requests and determine appropriate solutions for eligible claims.
• Inspect homes, diagnose issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors performing warranty work.
• Monitor the quality and completion of repairs to ensure they meet ICI Homes standards.
• Review and approve subcontractor pay requests.
• Maintain ongoing communication with homeowners throughout the warranty process.
• Partner closely with construction and production personnel to resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure warranty work is completed, documented, and signed off by homeowners.
• Promote and support safe work practices on all jobsites.

• Minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to diagnose construction-related issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, smartphones, and related technology.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.

• Valid Florida Driver's License.
• Ability to work primarily in the field, with some office-based administrative responsibilities.
• Must possess the tools necessary to perform inspections and evaluations.
